Just within 15 minutes from our Villa you can enjoy great attractions: Swimming with dolphins, take a catamaran ride along the coast, play golf in world recognized courses, have a delicious massage at the Spa... for those who like adventure you can do Zip Lines and Buggies through mountains and gorgeous forests, jump in a cave lagoon, enjoy the nightlife at a cave nightclub or at the famous Cocobongo and many other bars and restaurants. Our daily housekeeping service will assist you with general cleaning, bedrooms arrangement and linen laundry. Other services, such as grocery shopper, chef, catering services, nanny, etc., are available upon request for an additional fee.

The villa has two levels:

1st level:

* Full bathroom (for bedroom 5 and visitors).

* Free private parking for 4 vehicles (2 roofed/2 unroofed).

2nd. Level
* Master bedroom: 1 king bed, A/C inverter unit, ceiling fan, walking closet with private bathroom with double shower and sink and 50” smart tv.
* Second Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, full private bathroom, A/C inverter unit, ceiling fan and 50” smart tv.
* Bedroom no. 3: 1 full bed, Crib, baby changing table, A/C inverter unit, ceiling fan, walking closet and full bathroom shared with room no. 4
* Room no. 4: 2 full beds, A/C inverter unit, ceiling fan, walking closet and full bathroom shared with room no. 3
* Living room with work and reading area with large desk, swivel chair and bookshelves.

Upon arrival we will welcome you and answer any additional questions or concerns about the villa. We will always be available during your stay for any needs you may have and will be happy to provide you with our recommendations for tours and activities in the Punta Cana area or the country.

We love the tranquility of our surroundings, we appreciate maintaining the peaceful atmosphere and request guests to keep noise at low levels. High level noise will cause the residential security personnel intervention. We respect our neighbors. Please note that access to the second floor is only by stairs.

Puntacana Village is a charming and vibrant community in the main tourist region of the country, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with all the facilities and services of a large urban area. If you visit us in the month of March you might have the opportunity to attend our biggest cultural activity, "The Puntacana Carnival", held on the main avenue within walking distance of our village.

Guests' name and identification number information will be required prior to arrival in order to provide a ticket to pass the security check point at the residential entrance.

Puntacana Village is only a five-minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport, a few kilometers from the Puntacana Resort & Club and all its attractions: Internationally renowned golf courses where the PGA Corales Golf Tournament has been held for 4 consecutive years, Tennis courts, Restaurants such as Playa Blanca and La Yola, Ojos Indigenas Ecological Reserve with its refreshing spring waters, Six senses spa, etc.
