Cet hôtel n'est pas neuf mais tout est bien pensé et propre. Et son emplacement est très appréciable. Les gens qui y travaillent sont tous très gentils et généreux.

C'est très propre. Le service de chambre oasse plusieurs fois par jour ; j'aurais aimé qu'il ne passe paa en soirée. J'apprécie l'accès facile aux jeux et la proximité. Certains éléments fonctionnent mal : fermeture de la porte des toilettes, télé, ... ; pourrait être amélioré, mais impacte peu la satisfaction du séjour.

Je ne recommanderai cet hôtel et pourtant Léa fais 3 fois que je vais à punta cana L’hôtel ne se soucie pas du tout de l’ambiance pour ses clients il n’y a rien à faire et la traitement des algues qui bordes la plage n’est pas nettoyé ce qui engendre des odeurs insupportable Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds la bas faire 13000 km pour ne pas pouvoir se baigner ne serait ce une seul fois merci pour ses vacances bien pourrie

service extrement lent et inefficace , plusieurs appels pour qu on vienne réparer la climatisation dans la chambre ...2 jours de suite ....cela a pris des heures ...et il faut se battre ...impossible non plus fe joindre la reception qui ne répond jamais ! boutiques de l hotel Extremement chères pour les produits basiques ..pas le choix car RIEN autour ..a l exception de 2 des concierges , personnel de la reception très hautain et antipatique ..surtout celui du soir ... en dehors de cela joli resort , sauf la plage qui est loin d etre paradisiaque avec le port a coté ..l eau est très trouble et on n a pas envie de s y baigner .

Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous avez rencontré des problèmes de service et d'efficacité pendant votre séjour. Il semble que la réparation de la climatisation ait été particulièrement frustrante, nécessitant plusieurs appels et prenant plusieurs heures sur deux jours consécutifs. C'est également regrettable que la communication avec la réception ait été difficile et que les boutiques de l'hôtel aient été considérées comme excessivement chères pour des produits basiques.Votre expérience avec le personnel de la réception est également décevante, avec des interactions hautaines et antipathiques, à l'exception de quelques concierges. Cependant, je suis heureux de constater que malgré ces problèmes, vous avez apprécié la beauté du complexe à l'exception de la plage, qui était moins agréable en raison de sa proximité avec le port.Votre commentaire est important pour signaler les problèmes rencontrés et peut aider à améliorer le service et l'expérience globale pour les futurs visiteurs. Merci d'avoir partagé vos impressions.

The stay at Jewel Palm Beach was great. The staff very friendly always smiling and ready to help. We were not missing anything and the room was cleaned every day. We had a nice balcony with a lot of privacy. The pools were also really good and the beach right at the door of the resort.

The property has the potential to be beautiful. The peddling was a big turn off. They are intrusive and pushy and they are all day everyday up and down the beach. They gather in groups and stand in front of the beach where the lounge chairs are laid out. So instead of enjoying the beach, you are watching and listening to them. There are a few who plug their phones into the tree outlets and do not turn the ringer off. They leave the phone while they work so you are listening to a phone ring non stop for hours while they walk the beach trying to sell you things. It would have been more enjoyable had they just set a spot at both ends of the beach for you to go to them if you wished to buy anything. The beach felt safe at all times including in the evening. The staff did a good job of this. The food was good. There was a variety, you will not go hungry. The service was mostly just okay. There is definitely an attitude of displeasure and sarcasm for the guests amongst the younger servers especially men in their mid twenties to mid thirties. We tipped good every single time and the service did not get any better. The older servers were pleasant, kind and hardworking. The first day of room service, my purse/bag had been searched through. There was nothing of value in the bag and nothing was taken but it was definitely searched through. Overall,the property has potential to be great. The workers cleaning the seaweed did an amazing job keeping it clean. Tip these guys!

The service from the concierge, the bell attendants, housekeeping was excellent. Our favorite part was that it was all-inclusive. They had several restaurants with different themes and the guests can go to any one of them or all of them for dinner. There was also a snack bar on the beach with burgers and hot dogs in case guests get hungry after a nice swim in the ocean. Plenty of entertainment options and just overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

The food was not that great. I suggest peepholes with a cover not ones without. I suggest shower curtains for the shower and better shower doors so the water does not leak out. Since they do not have a water section for children I suggest for children activitie, not much for children to do. On the positive side the staff are amazing. Paulino’s chicken by the beach is outstanding could not wait for lunch time. Eury was fun to talk to and doing water aerobics with him was entertaining. My husband love willie the bartender his drinks are on point. A lot of the female staff are great too unfortunately I did not get there names. Overall I give the a fair rating. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for!

First of all I paid for VIP, I did not receive any different treatment than anyone else. The stay for me was horrible roaches in the restroom being on the v. IP area on beach waiting over an hour and a 1/2 just to get a glass of water roaches in the bathrooms. Air conditioner, not working refrigerator not working. I will never return

Overall a great place. Food in the restaurants was above average for an all inclusive. Buffet was just average. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Well kept grounds and clean. Restaurants were not really air conditioned. I never left dinner without sweaty clothes. Need to work on ac. Hard to enjoy meals when it is hot. Pool bars do not have good liquor. Only low shelf local stuff. Rooms are comfortable but not suites. Hard to keep cool .. Not enough shade at main pool. Need more umbrellas. They show a teen club , which should be advertised as a sports center. It has tennis , archery, basketball, billiards , batting cage, games. We went there every day and never anyone else there. They make it hard to get to but it could be easily changed to be more accessible. Overall a good place. Not a party place but entertainment nightly that was enjoyable

Jewel is a nice all-inclusive resort with activities around the clock. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food, although not traditional Dominican food is good. Tried to find a traditional Dominican place outside of the resort but the area away from the beach doesn’t look safe. As long as you stay close to the beach you should be fine. Annoying salesmen flood the beach’s but Jewel’s security keeps them away from the guests sitting in the beach chairs. Once you hit the sand it’s open game and they will annoy you. The room was nice but the ceiling fan was stuck on high with a broken switch so it couldn’t be turned off. We enjoyed our stay and no major complaints at all.

We just returned from a long weekend and have discussed going back in a few months. The grounds were beautifully kept, pools were clean, we had some delicious meals at the restaurants, enjoyed the beach view even though there was seaweed, staff was top notch. Could the rooms be updated, sure but they were clean and comfortable.

The people were very nice! The VIP benefit for the spa was the best. We were eligible for late check out up to two hours as VIP but the place could only give us 30 minutes because of availability. There were multiple rain storms while we were there so it was hard to find out about any scheduled activity changes. Pool and ocean were great. People will come up to you a bunch on the beach to sell you things. Food was hit or miss. The mexican place was great, hibaci was fun and tasted good, but the grill and Italian restaurants were not. The buffet was pretty good and the staff were fast cooking your "made to order" dishes. Overall, if you're looking for chill and quiet, this is it.

La ubicacion y las playas son espectaculares. El servicio al cliente y la atencion al turismo es realmente fenomenal. Primera vez que llego a un lugar donde se preocupan por cada detalle y te bri dan la mejor atencion. La comida es realmente espectacular en todos los restaurantes y el buffet tiene una gran variedad de me u para poder escoger lo que uno guste. Las playas estaban co.pmetamente limpias y con buen mantenimiento. Uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado alrededor del mu do. Con seguridad regresaria a hospedarme a este hotel.

Service staff in restaurants and at the bar treated some different from others on what appeared to be skin color or race unfortunately. Housekeeping and service staff around the pool were excellent! We had to moved from our rooms because the AC units did not work and the rooms smelled of mold. Property needs some TLC.
