The little pool was ok- location was not in a nice area- garbage filled the gutters and empty lots - The police tried to extort money from me- My room had no toilet seat- no toilet paper - no shower head- no hot water- bugs- and the room was never cleaned in 7 days - bad first impression of the Dominican!

you was vary smart you rent a place for one person ..which is chepper . at the end was two persons..and everything you say it s a lie thank you.

This hotel is an scam, , do not accept credit card, no hot water, refrigerator full of mold, and the bed has bedbug... there some other people with the same complaint, and the owner said no refunfd money. ..horrible place!

mis maria should not saying that we tried you really good. i never undertand why you rent 3 aircondition rooms . and at the end you only took one room for 4 persons. i could not sleep well thinking about it. ..how it can be posible..of course you have to say something...jaj ja aj

dulce , la proxima vez que usted vaya de vacaciones reserve en hard rock cafe, y pague . nunca vuelva aqui a pagar 15 a 17 ollares por noche y pedir por lo que usted no ha pagado aire acondicionado apartamento ,usted lo que es una inconciente estupida y loca. para que usted firmo un check in..diciendo que todo estaba limpio y en orden. usted crees que por su mentiras yo voy a cerrar el hotel.buena Idiota.

Hidden treasures
The staff could not do enough to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The Dominican breakfast every morning was great. Since the hotel is small and quite, it's paradise behind the gate.

no entendi nada si no te gusto la habitacion para que la cojiste ,,no te entiendo ahora tu firmaste un recivo que habia chequeado la habitacion iy segun tu estaba en perfecta condiciones tanto la habitacion pisina y area de la pisina, las personas debern ser reponsable a sus palabras y hechos/ gracias x lo menos tengo tuss pruevas escritas/

Muy malas condiciones de las habitaciones, poca seguridad, las ventanas no cierran, hace mucho calor, el baño sucio.

creo que en tu mente lo que existe es la maldad solo te interesa danar imagen,si la habitacion es caliente coje aire acondicionado,de segurida no puedes hablar pues todas las ventana del hotel tienen verjas de seguridad en cuanto limpieza yo personalmente entre con tigo a la habitacion y se te pregunto si estaba limpia usted dijo que si lo estaba, cambia tu actitud con los pequenos hoteles, ademas un precio tan baratode 17 dolares ,vaya la proxima vez al hard rock cafe..que sera sin lugar a duda mejor.

Cheap hotel in the ghetto it seems
Booked this hotel thinking it was close to the airport and didn't look bad in the pictures. 11 miles away and seems they cut off the top of the building still under construction Looked in the room regardless. Lady didn't have a key and just messed with the door and it opened. Room looked clean but smelled like cat pee . We did not stay . No refund apparently. I didn't expect much for the price but would not have slept well here .

The worst hotel we every had
Our first night in Punta Cana was so disappointing to my kids when we arrived at the hotel. The check in almost took an hour. The room are floppy. No sheets, no blanket, and no hot water at all! We have to get used to shower in cold water. The refrigerator is not functioning, neither is the stove. The neighborhood is unsafe. There's a lady factory in sight. The only highlights are some flowers along the way, which is showing in the picture.

WORTH IT!
YOU PAY WHAT YOU GET FOR. DEF WORTH THE STAY/PRICE IF YOU ARE JUST GOING TO USE IT TO SHOWER, CHANGE AND SLEEP....THEN GO OUT AND EXPLORE THE BEAUTY OF THE CITY THIS IS A GOOD SPOT. NOT IN THE GREATEST AREA BUT YOU GET TO EXPERIENCE THE LOCAL LIFE NOT TO MENTION THIS PLACE IS GATED AND SAFE.THE OWNER IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL! LO RECOMIENDO.
