« The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe. »

« Great location. Affordable. Friendly and helpful owner. However, the bathrooms seemed to be connected by vent, so easy to hear into neighbors room, and vice versa- not a recommended place to honeymoon ;) »

« I like the place as there are many F&B outlet within walking distance. I am very disappointed with the process of collecting the key because the door key was taken by someone else. Although the staff did help to get back the key but much of my time is wasted in calling and waiting. »

« Hotel is nice as it's just new building. 2 bedroom with queen bed. Nice view regardless u choose pool or sea view Hotel cleaner don't really clean room well. The culinary stuff just wash and kept in cabinets while it's still wet. Trust me it's gross. Noted that this is individual property that they rented out and thrive to serve the best to customer. However next time I would go to faithview, basically same hotel but it's under management and get proper check in check out, breakfast ....

« had some issues checking in as the property was located in the middle of a residential area with inadequate signs. it was very airbnb-esqe, genuinely thought that we were screwed when we could not find the property after driving a few rounds. when we did find the property via a faded sign, there was no number on the sign to call as this property was not manned at all. to be fair they did whatsapp a message beforehand but it appeared as a foreign number and we do not entertain unsolicited...

« pool are not open, so paying for room with room+pool charge are expensive. Trying to call before booking but not pick up. very dissappointed because the main objective are to bring the kids to the "hotel" and playing pools. »

« Good except need to improve the bathroom to have basin and mirror. The 3rd room is only with single bed without aircond. Not suitable when the weather is hot. »

« Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change...
