« I was expecting a hotel room as advertised. I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit! « They need to stepped up the buffet breakfast to more varieties of international cuisine. There’s very less options and seems like the food tastes needs more quality checking in advanced. There’s very less breakfast options very limited and repeated in a weeks time.
