The Alila Holidays team is thrilled to host you and provide the exceptional experience you deserve. Our unit offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and privacy, making it your ideal home base. You will be just steps away from the beautiful beaches, top-tier restaurants, and the vibrant atmosphere that makes Vallarta so special.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the unit and all building amenities. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our on-site concierge team on office hours (9 AM to 6 PM), after which you can pick up your keys at the front desk.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of the famous Romantic Zone (Zona Romántica), this vibrant and highly walkable neighborhood is the true pulse of Puerto Vallarta. You'll be surrounded by charming cobblestone streets, world-class restaurants, trendy cafes, lively bars, and art galleries. Best of all, the iconic Los Muertos Beach and its famous pier are just a short stroll away. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is right outside your door!



Getting Around:

Transportation: Uber and taxis are available in the area 24/7.



Airport Transfer: We offer private Suburban transportation for $120 USD. Let us know if you'd like to book this service!



Parking: If you are driving, your stay includes one secure private parking with 24/7 security.



Other Things to Note:

ESSENTIAL INFO FOR YOUR STAY:



-Pre-Arrival Requirements: Completing our online check-in form is mandatory for our internal operations and to ensure a smooth stay. You will also receive a verification link to process a required security deposit. Both steps must be completed prior to your arrival to receive access to the property.



-Check-in (3:00 PM) & Check-out (11:00 AM): Our concierge team will personally welcome you and see you off during regular office hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). For arrivals or departures outside of these hours, keys can be conveniently picked up or dropped off at the front desk.



-Energy Usage: Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and A/C when you leave the apartment. Recommended A/C setting: 72–75°F (22–24°C). ⚠️ Warning: Improper use of electricity (such as leaving the A/C running while away, with doors open, or below settings) may result in an extra charge after 3 warnings from our staff.



-Cleaning: Your reservation includes the final check-out cleaning. In your check-in form, you can select if you would like daily cleaning during your stay. If you opt for daily service, please note that gratuities for our hardworking housekeeping staff are expected and highly appreciated.



-Pets: ONLY officially documented service animals are permitted ($120 USD fee per stay).



-Maintenance: You must allow our gardeners access when scheduled to avoid a $10 USD daily penalty.

-No parties or events. Keep music volume respectful.

-Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors.

-Maximum 2 daytime visitors allowed.

⚠️ PENALTIES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS:



We want you to feel at home, but please respect the space. For full transparency, the following fees apply to cover replacements, deep cleaning, or damages:



-Lost key or access card: $65 USD

-Stained/ruined towels or sheets: $30, $65, or $110 USD (depending on the number of damaged items)

-Stained rug: $120 USD

-Excessively dirty apartment (deep cleaning): $100 USD

-Smoking indoors (professional deodorization): $100 USD

-Unauthorized overnight guests: $100 USD/night per person

-Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms requiring specialized disinfection): $300 USD

-Excessive noise, parties, drugs, or prostitution: $500 USD fine + immediate report to the booking platform.
