Welcome to Old Town, also commonly known as the “Romantic Zone” (Zona Romantica). This neighborhood is famous for its authentic Mexican architecture, stunning sea views and bustling LGBTQ+ nightlife. This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

4. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

5. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Very nice condo unit with amazing view and great location. No parking but we didn't really need car except to go grocery shopping. Very spacious and has all you need.

Great View, Nice Location

Conveniently situated at the end of the road, steps away from the beach and several restaurants. The location is just a few short minutes walk from the pier and the malecon which is a perfect central location. Parking is HARD to find. Consider Uber instead. The interior is nicely decorated with authentic Mexican styled items so it gave a perfect feel for the location. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and serving ware to accompany our meals in. The WiFi worked great in all areas of the home and a separate WiFi at the rooftop pool kept everyone connected. The balcony on both sides of the unit provided gorgeous views and the glass doors were the type that slide all the way open so we just kept them open the entire time to get airflow because it was so hot. Thankfully there were also fans in every room so that helped with the heat. The downside to the condo was the lack of AC. The listing says there is AC but doesn’t state which rooms—there was no AC in the master and it was unbearable during summer because the fan in the room over the bed would only spin on low and the portable fan was broken. The front bedroom had a broken AC but had a portable fan and a ceiling fan so that occupant was cooler. The third room had ice cold AC so they had no complaints. The rooftop pool is nice-but if you travel with kids make sure they are quiet as mice because the current residents had zero appetite for kids having fun and we got talked to for having our kids playing pool games.

A five star experience!

This is a condo/apartment building so it didn't have hotel type amenities like bars, restaurants, etc. Nevertheless, it was a very pleasant stay for these reasons: 1) It is right on the beach within easy walking distance of restaurants, activities, sightseeing, etc. 2) The unit is incredibly spacious, perfect for a large group. So many bathrooms and in the bedrooms they all have a full bath. There is a full kitchen for storing food or making quick meals. It is an end unit with a large wrap around balcony with a great view. 3) If you message the management team via VRBO, they respond very quickly. The front desk person and security guy at the lobby are also very nice. No complaints. Great communication and staff. My only issue was the locks on the doors. The gate lock is tricky and the door lock seems not very secure but the main lobby door is always closed and manned so we always felt very safe. We also had to bring out own beach/pool towels. The ones in the laundry room seemed very old. Overall, safe, clean, friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
