This condo has a great indoor/outdoor living space with lots of room for dining and lounging. This unit has air conditioning throughout and has two bedrooms with ensuites, televisions, and beachfront balcony access.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and everything else you would need to feel at home. There is also a bar, and a laundry room.

The building offers overnight security and a beautiful oceanfront infinity pool shared by the building’s five residences, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Direct beach access is available via a stairway directly from the pool level. The building is elevator-serviced to the condo (and funicular serviced from the condo on level three to the lower pool), but one-level of stairs are required to reach the elevator from street level.

Located directly above the sandy shores of Los Muertos Beach, this condo sits in the heart of Zona Romántica—Puerto Vallarta’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhood. Step outside to easy access to beachfront restaurants, cafés, shopping, and nightlife, all just moments away.

Street parking is limited, but with everything so close, most guests explore comfortably on foot or by Uber or taxi.

Note that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the unit, on the balconies or in the common areas of the building.
