If the second bedroom is not needed, we recommend setting up the desk & workstation, this way you have the use of full front of the condo as living space.

Guest Access
This modern building features: 24-hour front desk attendants/security, keyless door entry, and private elevator for every 2 condos per floor and to the rooftop pool. All guests will receive a wristband as part of the building registration.
Please note that only registered guests can use the common areas (gym & pool). Visitors are allowed in the unit, after signing-in at the main lobby, with a maximum of 6 total in the unit.

**NEW BUILDING NOTICE**
Please be advised Soho PV is a brand-new building and there is still some ongoing construction noise during the day. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect the noise and that some building amenities are not yet completed: the rooftop restaurant and the gym sauna are set to open soon. Msg us for the latest update.
âą Guests must comply with building rules and guidelines regarding quiet hours, pool & gym usage and will be required to agree to a condominium consent form at check-in. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $100 USD or more.
âą SohoPV is located in an urban area and on a highway. Guests will experience some highway noise during certain hours in the morning and evening, especially on the balcony. There are also bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise.
