For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 2. Just OK.

A group of 7 adults booked this condo in the Grand Venetian resort. Here is my detailed review: Booking & check in: - booking was so simple! Communication with the property manager was great leading up to the arrival date. Questions were answered quickly which I appreciated. - info was missing for us upon check in. The door keypad was confusing and took us 5 tries to get in. There is a specific way you have to “activate” the keypad which was not communicated to us in advance. - We had no idea we needed wristbands or key cards to access specific areas of the condo complex. I found those in a little bag on day 2, but we were provided no guidance that we needed to wear them. Disappointing. Condo itself: - The condo is in decent shape - not all of the stove burners worked - The patio door from one of the main floor bedrooms didn't open properly (nor did it lock
) - bbq on back balcony is charcoal, so we didn’t use it. Note: SHARED back balcony. Not advertised. - the pool on the balcony was a disappointment. Not only was it very dirty, the jets and the heater didn’t work. Not as advertised - 3 huge bottles of water was great to have, and the ice maker was a great perk Condo complex: - absolutely beautiful. Perfect location, pools were great! Restaurant was handy to have, beach access was perfect. Security all over. Loved it! I would 100% stay at Grand Venetian condos again. I wouldn’t stay in this condo again, and I was a bit disappointed with Naya Homes.
