This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

The building and location were excellent, the unit requires a little tlc with respect to a deep cleaning, cupboards and shelving units could also be more organized. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the owners in the building are very welcoming! The pedestrian traffic can be noisy at night given the unit is street level, but noise should be expected when you stay in the heart of PV and so close to the beach! All in all we had a great week and will definitely consider staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Palapa! Great staff, conveniently located in the heart of the entertainment district. We will definitely look to book this unit for future trips to PV!

We had a great time! This location has it all! We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio - right at street level we chatted with friends and met new people while hanging out there.
