Just finished a great stay at Casa Nicole. Loved the: Location: Short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There is a great coffee shop and convenience store around the corner which we visited daily. Cleanliness: Very modern and clean property with great beds and very effective AC. Safety: There is always someone at the front that knows your name and is there 24/7. Staff: Everyone from front desk to cleaning to the restaurant downstairs are friendly and amazing. Restaurant: Great spot downstairs for daily breakfast with many great menu options. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Quiet Retreat in the Middle of Entertainment Area
Casa Kimberly is now on the top of my list for future visits to Puerto Vallarta. The hotel is small, quaint, but does not come short on service and hospitality. The hotels staff members, including Front Desk Manager Juan, is attentive to the needs of the guests. Housekeeping staff did not appear to mind coming back to the room when asked to complete housekeeping at a later time due to a late night out. Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel is a great option for couples wanting to explore LGBT bars in the Zona Romantica Area but then retreat away to a quiet hotel with first class accommodations. Our room had two beds with comfortable and clean bedding - pristine white linens. The water pressure in the bathroom's rainfall shower head was always ready and never an issue. My only recommendation for an even better experience would be for the hotel management to consider pool heater. We tried the pool on several of the days there and it was frigid to uncomfortable cool. The hotel has a small fitness room - one treadmill and one elliptical, but the view from both is nice. I would book this hotel again.

We stayed three nights. Loved location and comfortable, stylish room. Had their famous and popular brunch once, it was excellent. We chose not to have daily cleaning, so cannot comment. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet location. Be aware: no elevator, no kettle in rooms and design of building makes any conversation loud in the halls—bring ear plugs.

Spotless Quiet Cool Bliss
What a great location. Only a block off the beach in a quiet neighborhood only a quick 3 minute walk to restaurant's and early coffee. Super clean and the staff are very friendly. There is a popular breakfast restaurant downstairs that attracts lots of outside diners.

This hotel is the Gem of zona romantica in PV! Gorgeous and comfortable rooms. We love the decoration and every single detail in our room. There are some little details that need some attention ie there’s no coffee maker in the rooms, the mini fridge doesn’t really get drinks cold so you need ice and to get ice you have to go to front desk to request some, I will definitely stay here again and hopefully with a coffee maker in the room Thank you to all the friendly staff, specially to our cleaning lady Elvira

Highly recommend!
Everything about Casa Nicole is good - rooms, amenities, comfort, location. But the cherry on the cake is the attentive staff. The service is top notch! Every person who works at the hotel cares about your comfort and convenience. They will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is memorable. We needed to print something and Emilio at the reception helped us out. Juan noticed that it was the birthday of one of us and informed the restaurant staff who surprised us with a cake. We stayed here for two days but these were a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this place.

This new hotel is a very clean, beautiful place to stay. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is a perfect location, near the downtown area “malecon” and near the beach as well as many restaurants. It also has a convenient, clean, new gym for those that need a good workout. Air conditioner was so convenient for the heat. The room came with refrigerator and free water, soda and beer. Overall, best place to stay!

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for the last couple decades. The place is super clean, well renovated, modern but still have the Mexican character to it. Our cleaner always cleans the room super well, arrange our tables and make everything as clean and organized as it can be. All the staff are super friendly, they all seem like real people that truly wants you to have a great vacation in here, unlike some other hotels where staff are obviously just trying to be fake friendly with you. Shout out to Isabel who has helped us tremendously through our stay, recommended restaurants, places to go and bars to go to. I would recommend everyone to stay in this place if they can. If you can’t, be sure to check out their restaurant, it’s a breakfast restaurant that serves great breakfast, best in PV in my opinion. Very reasonable price as well.

I stayed at Casa Nicole over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a lovely experience. The staff at the hotel was so accommodating. I had twisted my knee jet skiing and they were so gracious about getting me bags of ice for my knee. The restaurant there is great for breakfast. There’s a lovely Parisian bakery right across the street. It’s one block from the beach. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

This is a beautiful hotel that is very well located in Zona Romantica. It is, however, very noisy. If you are staying in the rooms on the north side of the building, the concrete walls echo every sound. We heard every guest entering the hotel at night (no matter how quiet they were) and the breakfast staff at 6:45am. Great place to stay but not sleep. Perhaps the rooms on the south side are quieter. Bring noise cancelling head phones to be sure.

Great little hotel in the heart of Old Town PV
Highly recommend Casa Nicole! It was a pleasure to stay there--everyone was great, especially the front desk and dining staff (special shout-out to Alejandro and Enrique, but everyone was warm and welcoming). The room was spacious and modern, bed and bedding comfortable and very quiet at night. Located just a block off the Malecon, it was convenient to all of the dining and shopping in Old Town. We'll be back!
Sadly did not see any turtles
Must be the world's tallest Catrina at about 70 feet!

This property is loud. It is a restaurant and the walls are thin. You will hear everything. We also had a problem with the transportation from the airport. Someone was supposed to be waiting for us with a name on the sign and there was no one there at the location given. We made it and everything else was great! We had a nice stay.

We were so happy with this hotel! It’s clean and modern, and the location is excellent. The staff were wonderful and so helpful, especially Jesus. We will be staying here again!

Awesome location, very nice staff and very centric. This hotel has it all, definitely will be coming here on my next vacations in Puerto Vallarta. The area around is safe and you can walk to many tourist atractions.
