The condo features a bright, open living space with a queen-size pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a serene bedroom designed for rest and relaxation. Blackout blinds in both the bedroom and living area ensure a great night’s sleep. The refrigerator includes UV-filtered drinking water with an in-fridge filtration system, providing fresh, purified water throughout your stay.

Set on the top floor of a boutique building on a quiet non-through street, the unit offers exceptional privacy. The neighborhood sits on hillside, but the building is equipped with an elevator, and the breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, city, and jungle are well worth the short climb. From your private balcony, enjoy watching the activity at the Cruise Port—including nightly fireworks from the Pirate Ship.

Guests also enjoy access to an extra-large shared rooftop terrace featuring a dipping pool, loungers, an air-conditioned gym, and plenty of space to relax while taking in unobstructed views of beautiful Banderas Bay.

The unit is located up a very steep hill and is not well suited for guests with mobility issues.
The building does have an elevator, but some walking on inclines is required in the neighborhood.
The rooftop pool is currently not heated
