Welcome to Old Town, also commonly known as the “Romantic Zone” (Zona Romantica). This neighborhood is famous for its authentic Mexican architecture, stunning sea views and bustling LGBTQ+ nightlife. This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

4. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

5. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Bedrooms are an issue - did not work for us

I’ve had several wonderful experiences renting lovely places in PV with friends without issue. This unit has issues and needs work to offer that kind of experience – as it currently is, I would not recommend it.The beds are hard and uncomfortable. There are no shelves or drawers in the bedrooms to unpack clothes – you either hang them in the closet, or keep them in your suitcase. This doesn’t allow you to fully unpack and make yourself at home.The sliding door to the second bedroom has slats up and down the length of the door that don’t fully close, providing no privacy or sound-proofing – you hear everything in the apartment. The closet for this room is located outside of the room, providing even less privacy. In the primary bedroom, there is a window that opens to the building hallway outside of the condo which bleeds light into the room all night. Safes are not provided.The living room and kitchen are nice, as is the roof deck. The unit is clean and in a good, central location in Zona Romantica.The rental company was very communicative and responsive to our questions. However, they would not allow us to move to a different place, citing that the “owner is already expecting the income from this reservation”. The second bedroom was so uncomfortable that after one night's bad sleep, I found a hotel room for the rest of my visit at my own expense.

The property is modern, great location, beautiful view from the roof! What I didn't like, the property is a bit sterile, the hot tub wasn't hot and the jets worked for about 30 seconds then stop, the staff wasn't very warm and friendly (we felt like we were being watched/scrutinized in the pool, staff members kept coming out and walking around the pool, appearing to to do nothing), no bbq grill anywhere, and the WORST thing was the bed...it was as hard as a rock....just terrible, didn't get a good night sleep in the 2 weeks we were there!
