Due to the hilly terrain, many of the properties in the Amapas neighborhood are built into the hillside. Casa Chi Chi #3 is located on the 3rd and 4th levels below the street level. This condo has the unique layout with the primary living space on the upper level and the ensuite bedrooms on the lower level, providing the perfect separation for undisturbed resting and privacy.

Both of the spacious balconies fully open into the living room and primary bedroom with retractable, 4 panel, bi-fold, glass doors, combining indoor and outdoor living areas.

The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or just a simple breakfast on the balcony. Filtered water is available at the sink as well as the refrigerator.

The condo property is secured by gates with digital, electronic locks and an intercom system to control access.

The upper and lower level exterior doors into the condo are equipped with electronic locks to allow for convenient self-check-in and check-out.

Ample street parking is avialable just outside the property gate.
