All other pools, including the rooftop pool, as well as the two jacuzzis, will remain open and available for use during this time.

Main Bedroom: This cozy, well-thought-out bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed and a 55-inch Smart TV. The room has a peaceful, calming feel, with soft lighting and simple, clean décor, making it the perfect place to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

Living Area: After a day at the beach or a swim in the pool, kick back in the comfy living room, which has a 75-inch Smart TV for movie nights. The open layout connects the living area with the dining space and kitchen. The kitchen island doubles as a casual dining spot, perfect for enjoying meals or entertaining guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're cooking a quick snack or preparing a meal, this modern kitchen has everything you need. With high-end stainless steel appliances—including a fridge, cooktop, oven, and microwave—it’s perfect for preparing anything from light bites to full meals. - THE ROAD TO HARBOR 171 IS CURRENTLY UNPAVED AND AT THE MOMENT, WE DO NOT HAVE AN ESTIMATED DATE FOR ITS COMPLETION.

- ALL GUESTS REGISTERED TO STAY IN THIS UNIT ARE REQUIRED BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMPLEX TO WEAR AN ARM BRACELET DURING THE ENTIRE TIME OF THEIR STAY. THE ARM BRACELET MUST BE RETURNED TO THE FRONT DESK AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT. IF A BRACELET IS LOST OR DAMAGED THERE IS A PENALTY OF $500 PESOS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO HARBOR'S ADMINISTRATION.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
