« Il y a quelques magasins et restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©. Et comme partout Ă  PV il y a une pharmacie, un Oxxo et un Frisco oĂč les deux (dĂ©panneurs) Ă  chaque 2 rues. L'appartement Ă©tait au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. L'appartement est trĂšs spacieux. Une grande cuisine complĂštement Ă©quipĂ©. Un ensemble vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Par contre, il y avait trop de fourmis. Elle est venue mettre un produit le lendemain mais ça n'a pas vraiment aidĂ©. Une grande salle Ă  manger avec un grande table pour 6 Ă  8 personnes....

« This is a clean, well equipped property. Full kitchenette/ great seating area with tv in both living room and bedroom. Clean, modern bathroom (low water pressure), bedroom with walk-in closet. Balcony with chairs and side table. It’s way up a hill so there are a LOT of stairs to climb which was fine with us (loved the cardio) but might not suit others. Great view from pool terrace. »

« It was an awesome stay. I had several questions since it was my first time renting with Moikkarentals, and every question was answered promptly. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed, a 15/20 minute walk to the Malecon or a short Uber ride. Loved the pools and the beach. There is an OXXO very close and a nice grocery store within walking distance. Looked forward to staying again. »

« We had a wonderful 12 night stay at the apartment. We were within steps to the pool area and had the opportunity to have it to ourselves quite often. Having a separate private terrace with a barbecue to use was also nice option. This unit is away from the regular touristy area of Puerto Vallarta but within walking distance to shopping. « The host was very responsive. Check in was a bit clumsy but it was not the hosts fault. The condo is in need of repairs; the last night the kitchen sink plugged and while the host responded they couldn't send anyone to repair it until today.
