Our beautiful home sleeps up to 10 guests comfertably with a king size mattresses, 3 queen size mattresses, and couches throughout the home. Location is key to this unit because it is located just minutes away from Playa Zicatela, many dining options on the beach, and easy transportation to other beaches in Puerto Escondido. A guide book will be provided in the downstairs kitchen with many options of our popular activities, some of our favorite dining restaurants, and important information about the amazing town of Puerto Escondido. The space is fully equipped to accommodate full families for vacation necessities or other travel needs. As you walk into the house, there is a full-size garage for storing any beach equipment such surfboards, or other beach essentials. A charcoal grill is provided. There this a bathroom in the garage primary used for beach rinsing before entering the home. The home then splits into up and down stairs units. The downstairs part of the home includes a full kitchen with a large stove and fridge, an outdoor dining area, a living space with a TV, a guest restroom, another open space area room for storage or portable beds, and one master bedroom and one guest bedroom. The upstairs area includes a full living room, an inside dining area, a kitchenette with a microwave and storage. Every room has it’s own bathroom and two of the four bathrooms have running hot water for showers. Guest have access to the entire unit, the home is fully secured with outdoor security cameras. The home will be locked by a master lock chain on the door handle and guest will be required to maintain the key during the entirety of your stay.
