« We only stayed one night, as we were making our way back to Quito. The hotel is lovely and the staff is even better! I can’t believe how much work they do…from taking care of your luggage to taking your order at dinner We also decided to have dinner there and it ws the best sunset venue’. »

« Super Zimmer, Frühstück, Location; ‘opportunity to improve’: Wir sind mit Kenntnis des Personals auf einen Day Trip gegangen. Leider war unsere Suite nicht gemacht als wir zurück kamen und duschen wollten. Das Personal kam gerade und wollte putzen. Das war nicht organisiert. Whitens: Total schmierige Fenster- und Glasscheiben am Balkon. Erwarte ich anders in den wenigen Suiten. Danke »

« Nice room with friendly staff and great AC. The breakfast was good as well. In our room, the light was blue for some reason which was pretty inconvenient, it made it hard to see clearly at times? I’m not sure what that was all about. We never asked. Very convenient location for the pier, the beach and walking trail nearby, and dining options. We didn’t need it but they rent out snorkels and bikes at reasonable prices as well. »

« The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...

« What a spectacular stay we had in March 2026. Relaxing in your own pool after a long day exploring San Cristobal was a welcome treat. The place is spotless, the second bathroom is full. The taxi to the airport is ~5 minutes. I can't give a solid enough review for this place, and you should seriously consider booking it. You won't be disappointed. »
