Pensions à Puducherry

« Positive: The service staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Negative: Since the windows cannot be opened, the room often had an unpleasant smell and lacked proper ventilation. Improvement: The iPad provided to control the room and request services was sticky and not very responsive. In practice, we still had to call reception for most requests, which reduced its usefulness. »

« My in-laws had a wonderful stay at Sands Point. They really appreciated the staff for being so warm and helpful throughout their stay at the property. The breakfast made a fantastic start to their day to explore the city. The tea cakes/dessert were really delicious.Thank you for making their trip so relaxing and comforting. »

« The surrounding environment was very unhygienic. Drains choke up with mosquitoes breeding clearly seen. I thing the hotel management can take photos and report to relevant authority. »

« Confortable et propre. Le personnel du restaurant est attentionné. Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. »

« Excellent boutique hotel for location and friendly staff. »

« The room was very good and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was excellent and overall a very good stay for the price provided. I would definitely prefer next time »

« Somewhat expensive Average breakfast (very good coffee and juice, the rest was average) Nice staff, efficient and friendly »

« Rooms are very clean friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good. Food is very tasty. Overall excellent service. »

« This is a lovely boutique hotel in a charming, old-world, Indo-French building. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained, with a unique atmosphere. The owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cooked to order, including excellent South Indian and Continental options. (Frankly, you would be nuts not to go for the fantastic freshly cooked dosas, pongal, idlis ...) The hotel is situated in the old French quarter, known as 'White Town', which is exactly...

« Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Bathroom not great. »
