« This is the 4th year I have stayed at this property and I always enjoy it! It has the most beautiful view of the Pacific with beautiful sunsets. I love the location and Concon is very tranquil. If you are looking for a great location and comfortable place to stay This is it. Vina Del Mar, Valparaiso and Renaca are an uber ride away. if you feel like doing more touristy things. Andrea has always been a great host and the property is beautiful. Can't wait to go back next trip! »

« Great location, nice space, but host not very responsive. No information booklet to explain how anything works. Heater didn't work and host didn't believe us. We had to send a video of us plugging in the heater, turning it on, and nothing happening. We finally got a working heater after a week. A window shade over the patio door was broken and the host never responded about it, so I fixed it. All responses from host were single sentences, and not always helpful, leaving us to figure out things...

« So sad we chose this property! A lovely escape turned into a horrible week. The property was filthy when we arrived (5PM) No cleaning was ever made. SAND everywhere: floor, in the kitchen sink, in the shower, inside the Closet Drawers! Hairs! Dirty windows, awful and I was charged 45 USD (cleaning fee). I called the admins and sent pictures. They sent me a person against my will. I told them this was not acceptable. We needed to rest and eat so I asked them to move us to another property. We...

Situation excentrĂ©e du centre-ville, une voiture est plus qu’utile pour rejoindre cet hĂŽtel de standing, recommandĂ© pour la visite de Viña del Mar et Valparaiso (qu’on peut rejoindre en bus ou en train en laissant la voiture au parking souterrain et sĂ©curisĂ©)"
