« Noemi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to assist us. She found taxis for us and helped us order from local restaurants. « The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. »

« This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful. « This house was fantastic for our family of 10. Fernando helped so much! We loved our housekeeper/ cooks that he arranged for us. The dogs and beautiful yard kept our children occupied during a 2 day strike when we couldn’t go anywhere. We are so glad we had since a central location for Sacred Valley tours.
