« We had a large group of 18. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well. « Ana from the start provided quick ongoing communication. We did not have electricity which was not her fault however generator back up was not very reliable. Highly suggest since this is a regular occurance that you provide candles/flash lights or suggest to your guest that they bring these itmes with them. House was very spacious meeting our groups needs; however villa needs to be better maintained. I would highly recommend a microwave. »

« Villa Paz was outstanding. The interior was spotless and modernly furnished. The location was right in the center of everything yet we slept soundly each evening. Even though the villa was not beachfront, there was a shuttle that took us to the beach club for beachfront access. Plenty of food options including the wonderful lunch we had at the Veranda in the Casa Colonial. Our host was in communication daily even though she was dealing with a death in her family. We would definitely stay again!!...

« Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful and we loved the layout of it. There was minimal wear and tear that could use some updating. The location is great and close to everything for the most part. Also the jacuzzi had issues a few times and we called maintenance to come out fix them a few times. The blower (bubbles) would only run for about 5 minutes at a time and shut off and we would have to wait about an hour to turn them back on again so that was unfortunate. Also...

« Gorgeous house as advertised. Ample room for everybody. Very safe neighborhood with amenities very close by. We stayed at the property when attending a family funeral. After the service family and friends gathered at the house and everyone was impressed. This property was worth every penny paid and will stay there in the future. Communication with owners was excellent. Highly recommended »
