Villa 604 is a stylish second floor condo with a unique set up. Overlooking the pool and gardens and just steps to beautiful Grace Bay Beach, unit 604 is a serene and quiet escape, while being located at the best small boutique resort along Grace Bay. We are in the heart of Regent Village, which is filled with shops, restaurants and activities. It truly is the best of both worlds for your island holiday.

Inside the condo, the primary bedroom boasts a king sized bed. The small second bedroom offers a queen bed). There is a lovely dining space for 4 outdoors on our screened-in balcony overlooking the property’s lush gardens. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and a snack bar seating 2 guests.

Free Wifi is easily accessed throughout the condo and outdoors at Villa Renaissance. Living room and primary bedroom have large flat screen HDTVs with cable service. Two couches and a large club chair provide a great entertainment and gathering space in our comfortable living room area. The full bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and plush bath towels. An in-room safe is provided for storing your valuables (we are not responsible for lost items).

In the kitchen you will find starter coffees, teas, sugars, creamers, Sweet & Low, soaps, including dishwasher soap, laundry soap, starter hand soap, shampoos, lotions.

The unit is spacious, open and clean, with a cathedral ceiling in the living area. There is just one bathroom and is therefore best to accommodate 2-3 adults or a couple with 1-2 children. We do not allow more than four guests per stay and all guests must be registered.

Outside at Villa Renaissance, you will find the resort’s newly renovated pool, hot tub, updated loungers and umbrellas, stunning white sand beach and the famous turquoise water – all just steps away from your front door. Our property offers on-site floodlit tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, complimentary bicycles and an air-conditioned indoor fitness centre. The poolside bar offers cocktails and a full food menu all day with pool/beach service.

Villa Renaissance is a romantic and private condotel inspired by Italian architecture. It has a large mosaic pool with hot tub surrounded by lush Caribbean vegetation, a small air-conditioned fitness center and floodlit tennis court.

Graceway Gourmet supermarket is only a short 10 minute walk away. We will even stock your villa with groceries prior to your arrival (nominal fee required).

General Resort Rules:
Please note that use of the Resort Facilities is only available to those who are officially registered as a guest at Villa Renaissance reception desk in accordance with the Villa Renaissance Registration Policy.
The following rules are in place to ensure that everyone at the resort, including owners, resort guests and renters can enjoy our beautiful property. Please be guided accordingly.
• All units at Villa Renaissance are non-smoking, as is the entire property (smoking is only allowed on the beach and outside the Villa Renaissance parking lot).
• The common corridors and areas outside the units entrance must be kept clear of pool floats, strollers, and any other personal belongings.
• Resort guests and renters are not allowed to have any pets in the units or on the common areas.
• BBQ grills are not allowed on the unit balconies, ground floor terraces or anywhere else in the common areas.
• The playing of music or any activity that creates noise within the unit or on the balcony must be limited to ensure it does not become a nuisance to others. Speakers are not allowed at the pool or beach-pls. use headphones.
• Towels and other items of clothing must not be hung on the balcony railing or elsewhere outside the unit.
• When leaving the beach please use the beach shower to rinse the sand off your feet before returning to the building or pool.
• All used beach towels should be returned to the towel bins so they can be laundered for reuse.
• Common areas are not playgrounds please respect our grass and plantings.
• The pool area is designated as a quiet area, ball games and other activities which can disturb the quiet enjoyment of the area are prohibited.
• Please refrain from running in the pool area or central breezeways to avoid injury.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children under 6 are
not allowed in the hot tub, children 6 and over must be accompanied by an adult.
• Diving into the pool is prohibited.
• Pool side loungers are on a first come first served basis. Please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests.
• Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area.
• The exercise room and the tennis court/pickle ball courts may only be used for their designated purposes:

Water and electricity are precious commodities when on Island. Villa Renaissance is striving to be “green” and environmentally friendly. Please be considerate in your use of beach towels, and turn off air conditioning and lights when not required or in use. We all should strive to conserve as much as possible while not compromising our comfort. Enjoy the natural beauty of our island paradise and let us all help preserve it.
