We travel all over the Caribbean and this property was one of the cleanest and nicest we’ve stayed in for the money hands down. We walked in and thought the house was new construction only to find out it was 7 years old! It was in phenomenal shape. The community sport court included a brand new pickle ball court and an awesome gym that we found ourselves enjoying every morning. The property itself has a really nice private pool and is a two minute walk from an amazing beach that we had pretty much all to ourselves. The best thing about this property though are the hosts. Marvin and Patty were amazing. Hardest working people on the island and it shows. Super friendly, responsive and attentive. We aren’t super needy people but they were all over even the smallest request. Marvin and Patty also own an island buggy tour that we signed up for which was a blast. Marvin is the guide on that and he was hilarious. Had us cracking up the whole time. They live next door and we had a great time just conversing with them at the sport court and hearing their stories. All in this was an 11 out of 10 experience. A lot of thought and care went into this business and it shows. Couldn’t recommend staying at Turks Haven more. You will not regret booking with these guys I promise.

We had a fabulous time during our stay at Turks Haven Villa and you cannot find a better host than Patricia. She was sweet, attentive, and helpful. The house was very nice, and the location was perfect! A 3 minute walk to Long Bay Beach across the street, and a quick 10 minute drive to the many other beautiful beaches in the area. We would highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Patricia is an amazing host. She is welcoming and was super responsive to all our requests during the visit. The villa is 5 min walk from an excellent beach with turquoise waters and easily accessible activities such as jet skis, kite surfing etc. People who are sensitive to noise might be bothered by occasional noise from nearby construction.

This Villa will not disappoint! It is sparkling clean, well equipped, the bedrooms/bathrooms are large with comfortable beds. Location is only a 2.5min walk to the beach. Patricia is a true gem and is great at communicating with us from the booking to the very end of our trip. We would not hesitate to return.

Without a doubt, the best day at any property I’ve ever stayed at. The place was gorgeous, well equipped, very clean and accommodating. The hosts Patricia and Marvin are wonderful. There was never a lack of communication even for the smallest question. The location was excellent, quiet and private, but not too far away from any activity on the island the suggestions made by the hosts for restaurants and activities were excellent. We will definitely be definitely staying there again. Don’t pass this place up.

40th birthday trip

Patricia was fabulous, making the booking process, check-in process and our week in Turks all amazing. The house was in pristine condition, and every little detail was thought of. The location was a short walk to Long Bay beach where there are beach chairs provided! We rented a jeep which I highly recommend to explore the entire island! The house is in a quiet location, with a security gate which we loved. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Turks!

AMAZING!!!

Our group recently had the pleasure of visiting TCI for the first time, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Patricia and Marvin were exceptional hosts. Upon our arrival, Patricia promptly contacted us to inform us that Marvin would be meeting us at the house. Once we arrived, Marvin provided a thorough tour of the property, which was exactly as depicted in the photographs and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of a prepaid phone provided for communication, as we also installed WhatsApp for additional connectivity when Wi-Fi was available. Throughout our visit, they offered valuable recommendations and checked in on us regularly. The location was also highly convenient, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to transport our belongings. Notably, we did not need to bring our own beach necessities such as umbrellas, chairs, or sand toys, as these were all generously provided. Marvin and Patricia went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction during our stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend this villa. If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained accommodation with dedicated and energetic hosts, this is certainly the place to stay.

SPEECHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Word/Photos don't do this property justice. Everything was PERFECT from the location....the villa.....the architecture. but what made it even better......Patricia and her husband!!! they were so kind and loving!. We now consider them family and will be back again. Oh....and not to mention the property they are completing next door.....AWESOME!!!! Can't wait to book again!!!!!!

Home Away From Home

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Patricia (the host) was so personable & easily accessible the entire trip. The house is well kept, very clean, & has soooo many amenities! The outside pool area & double balcony areas are a bonus treat & made for a wonderful experience. Overall, the villa succeeded our expectations…highly recommend!

Unforgettable Birthday Trip

This villa was absolute perfect for our girls trip. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. Patricia was readily available to answer any and all questions from booking through checkout. There is some construction happening next door at the moment that did get a little loud during the day, but we were seldom at the Villa during the day to notice. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope to be back in the future! 10/10!

What an incredible stay on Long Bay. Away from the crowd, beautiful beach with kite surfers and incredible sunrise. The Villa was amazing just as shown in pictures, plenty of room and super clean. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Our host was amazing, she took care of all our needs.

Everything we needed!!!

This was our first time visiting the island, so we were not sure what to expect. Excited, but a bit anxious. Patricia took all of that anxiety away! She reached out immediately after booking with important information and recommendations. She arranged our transportation from the airport and met us at her BEAUTIFUL house (pictures don’t lie) to welcome us, provide a tour of the property and to ensure everything was it our liking. The house is amazing. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I traveled with my husband and another couple. Each bedroom on the 2nd level had an en-suite bathroom, which was extremely convenient for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and the primary bathroom was huge. There was also a wraparound balcony that was great to watch the sunset over evening cocktails. Although we did explore the island often, we spent a lot of time in/around the house because it was so…comfortable. We made daily use of the pool and outdoor space, even grilling a couple of nights. The house is well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear and beach towels. The beach is less than a 5 minute stroll from the house. There were a couple of days where we were the only ones there; it felt like our own private beach! There’s even an outdoor shower on the side of the house to rinse off before going back in the house (or hopping in the pool). I can go on and on but will say WHEN we come back - we know where we’ll stay. Thank you Patricia!!

Flawless Relaxation

Long Bay Stay

It was our first time traveling to TCI, and we didn't fully know what to expect. Patricia was so AMAZING to work with. Leading up to the trip any questions we had she was available and answered them quickly. When we arrived to the house, she met us there and made us feel like family. We walked the home and she showed us all that we needed to know about the property. She even recommended some local places to eat and enjoy the island without going to the tourist spots. I can't say enough great things about Patricia, the Villa, and TCI, other than we can't wait to go back!

Villa in Paradise

Patricia & Marvin have put so much thought into this vrbo rental. The pool, house, & landscaping are all so beautiful. Patricia reached out before, during, and after our trip to ensure that everything was perfect. She arranged for airport pick-up & drop-off, had the rental car ready for us, and gave us a personal tour of the property and it's amenities. My family (me, husband, children - ages 8 & 11) had the most amazing vacation in TCI & we would recommend this property to anyone considering travel to the island.

Couples Trip

Great communication from the initial booking with prompt responses to my various questions and fantastic recommendations to help us plan prior to our arrival. Patricia arranged our pickup and drop off at the airport and met us at the villa for a detailed tour. Everything was sparkling clean, well organized, and even more beautiful than the photos with lots of personal touches to make it feel like home. We were 2 couples traveling together and found that we had plenty of space to hang out together, as well as enjoy our personal space. The villa is perfectly situated with easy access to Long Bay Beach a few steps across the street and most other attractions within 15 minutes. We also utilized the rental car which was very clean and in great working condition. While the home is beautiful, Marvin and Patricia are so warm and personable that they really make you feel like family and we can't wait to return!

The vacation was wonderful and staying at this beautiful villa was a highlight. Patricia and Marvin are first class hosts, and they have thought of everything you will need at the villa. Additionally, they are available 24/7 for any special requests, transportation, chef, etc. It is clear that they take personal pride in ensuring their guests have a great experience. Wonderful Hosts & Property

Although we travel quite a bit, this was our first visit to Turks & Caicos. Patricia and Marvin are both beautiful souls and really made this trip to Paradise as comfortable as possible. The property is gorgeous, clean, & equipped with everything you could possibly need. Patricia obviously thought of every little thing from a safety gate at the top of the stairs to bug spray and pool/beach toys (which our 7 year old son enjoyed). She was very attentive and gave great tips for local eateries & other beaches to explore. Poor Marvin had the unfortunate task of hosting us on the Love Buggy Tour (which I highly recommend). I started out terrified, but he was very reassuring. After I got over my fears about driving on the opposite side of the road, I had the time of my life touring the island. . The island has the most beautiful, crystal clear beaches I’ve seen. The water was calm enough to relax and marvel at the surrounding beauty. There is a beach within walking distance, but we fell in love with Grace Bay Beach which is also not far away. If you too wish to avoid the communal living and hustle of the resorts, this is the perfect alternative. We will definitely return in the future. Enjoy!

Beautiful Villa in Turks & Caicos 🇹🇨

This was by far the best vacation that my family and I have been on. The clear water, white sandy beaches, food, entertainment were all more than we expected yet the best part was this villa -Turks Haven Villa(home). My husband and I wanted to do something different for our daughter who is leaving for college in a few weeks and we only booked 5 days because we thought she would be bored with us but none of us wanted to leave! Patricia and Marvins villa is top notch! We had everything we needed in the villa & Patricia ensured we received a detailed tour of the home upon arrival and also gave us tips on the best food spots and excursions to partake in.. The pictures they have online don’t do this place justice; it’s immaculate and only a short walk to the beach. I could go on and on about this villa (the outside shower, the cool night breeze, the peace, serenity, perfect pool & privacy)so if you are “thinking” about booking; don’t wait because this will not stay vacant long. We are planning our second trip now! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but this place is truly amazing. Thank you Patricia for everything-you made us feel like family. ❤️
