Service impeccable
Un Hotel a recommandé et le personnel est toujours souriant et très courtois. Daniels au bar est super nous avons eu du plasir à lui parler français. C'était la première fois aux iles turquoises et nous y retournerions. La plage est superbe et la température était au rendez-vous. Pour l'emplacement c'est à 10 minutes de l'aéroport et a 2 minutes du IGA. Nous avions un vaste choix pour les restaurants. Oui c'est dispendieux pour les resto mais ça en valait la peine. Nous avons séjourner 7 jours et nous avons fait un très beau voyage.

Port of Calls was amazing, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had 1 special request for the clear kayak photo shoot, for my birthday and they went above and beyond to ensure it happened. Port of calls is the perfect location and accessible to nightlife, the beach, and nice eating places. The room was nice and clean and staff was available for assistance with any request that we had. Thank you, Port of Calls for such a wonderful stay.

Lovely resort central to the beach, dining, and shopping. We are a family with teens and we walked every where except to the FishFry and a kayak tour. Taxis were readily available those 2 days and were very friendly. Love the location and the staff was very accommodating. There was always a place available to sit by the pool and chaises ready at their section of GraceBay beach. The price point made a dream trip possible for our family. Thank you Ports of Call!

We had a balcony room. Clean. Excellent aircon & fan, very quiet. Fridge in the room. WiFi was great in the room, but not good on the balcony or communal areas. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the beach or there is a regular transfer available. The hotel provides sunbeds, parasols and towels. Property is wheelchair friendly plus they have a beach wheelchair to get people in and out of the ocean that one of the other guests was using while we were there. The included breakfast was pretty decent - hot choice each day plus pastries / toast / cereal / yogurt / fruit Reception staff are all extremely efficient but maybe not the friendliest people, with a couple of exceptions. There are various restaurants within walking distance, and a supermarket & pharmacy across the road. Shared taxi with other people to/from airport is fixed priced $33 for 2 (cash only) as at May ‘24. Nearest decent snorkelling is Coral Gardens, we went 3x - an hour leisurely walk each way along the beach (don’t walk via the road, use the beach) or we paid $20 one way the one time we took a taxi. I don’t recommend the company that they use for snorkelling trips - book your own

First is the friendly greeting every time you approach the front desk- they are efficient and always helpful! The rooms are made up beautifully and the cleaning service people are also so friendly! The complimentary breakfast is truly outstanding and sets this resort apart from others when making travel decisions. Finally, the people at the water front are always attentive to get lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. We stayed last year and again this year, recommending Ports of Call to friends and family - please don’t change a thing. My slogan for you would be “ A gem that has it all”!

Very good service. We enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, great coffee. Very close to the beach, we didn’t mind walking, service is provided if needed. Staff is very helpful. The gentleman who attends the bar, always takes the time to say hello when we pass by. The pool was never crowded, always able to get a chair by the pool and on the beach. We had no issues on getting clean beach towels, always available at check-in desk. The Mexican Restaurant makes amazing drinks, located in the Villa and Ice Cream shop next door, great too!!

Very nice property. My only complaint was cleaning of the room. Had to keep asking for towels even after they cleaned the room no fresh towels were left even though we left the dirty towels on the floor like requested. Very strange.

This was our first time at Turks and Caicos. I went with my two children and with my sister and her daughter. I booked the rooms on separate days and made sure I called ahead of time to have our rooms right next to each other so I can help her out with her baby. They told me they will make a note and make sure that happens. The day we got to the hotel I was told they won’t be able to do that and the manager told me that it was impossible that they said that to me and asked me the dates I called so she can check if I’m telling the truth. We were exhausted, we’ve been traveling for 9 hrs our flight was a connecting flight and was delayed for two hours and didn’t really wanna have to deal with this. It took a lot of back and forth and in the end they couldn’t accommodate us. The next day, we needed towels for the pool and they ran out (we’re in Turks and Caicos!!!!!) there were so many people waiting to grab beach/pool towels. It took quite a while. I ask if I can get 3 for me and my two kids and they told me it’s one towel per room!!! It took about 3-5 mins of back and forth for them to finally give me two more towels. Then I told them how we’re on vacation and how inconvenient everything was. As I walk away the concierge said under his breath “I know” and smiled sarcastically. I went back and I told him I heard him and he said that he didn’t say anything. In addition to the poor customer service, the room cleaning was poor. They did not replace the hand and floor towels.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay but you were told that one of the room types you selected was not available on the requested ground floor. You apparently then decided that you would take the room on the ground floor and send your sister who had the baby in the room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately you have not been able to provide the name of who you apparently spoke to after your initial booking that said you could have the two rooms next to each other as all our calls are recorded and we could have investigated.Regardless, although we do try to meet all guests requests re room placement we do not guarantee such, especially when we are at full capacity as we were at the time of your stay.We did run low on beach towels for a 3 day period while we repaired our broken laundry machine but all guests were provided towels and certainly no one ever stated we only provide one towel per person.Our records do show that your room was cleaned each day. Yes it is possible that you were shortchanged a towel during one of the cleans. When this does happen guests generally just phone the Front Desk and we have them delivered to the room immediately.I can not comment on the apparent sarcastic smile of one of our Front Desk. As you will see from the other reviews, the majority of guests feel our customer service and cleaning is excellent.The above said we will take steps to ensure that in the future no one, other than the Reservations Staff deals with guests re room change requests to avoid similar issues..

Ideal location! In the middle of all the action. Continental breakfast, coffee, beach chairs/umbrella, kayaks, and paddle boards all included. Grocery store is a very close walk. Worth the price. Reasonable.

Easy check in. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Gave us a place to change right away, and held our luggage. The room was even ready early! Found a spot next to the pool immediately and was in the water cooling off in no time. Wonderful, relaxing courtyard and not too crowded. Highly recommend!

Loved the close proximity to shops & restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. The only disappointment to me was their recent switch to YouTube and streaming access only on the TV. Would have preferred live news, rather than pre-recorded.

Thank you for the great review. We chose to switch to Youtube and Streaming as the regular TV service provide on the island was limited and more and more of our guests prefer watching Netflix and Prime, That said we do offer live CNN and Fox.

Great for a short and economic getaway. It is a really short walk to the beach, which is where we spent most of the day. We didn't even get in the pool because we enjoyed being in the sea so much. We didn't have a car and were just fine without. Restaurants and shops in walking distance, and the one kayak excursion we booked offered free ride pickups.

We had a wonderful stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. Offerings of eggs, fruit, cereal, bacon, coffee, juices, rotated during the week. Perfect way to start the morning. My husband used the fitness room every morning while I preferred a long walk past the shops along other resorts to begin the day. The staff was kind, attentive, and friendly. We enjoyed stand up paddleboarding and kayaking provided by POC staff at the beach. Fluffy beach towels were provided too. Taiwayne the manager led a fun Tuesday evening trivia, which was a nice way to meet fellow POC visitors! Watson assisted all with tuning in the Super bowl on our Youtube TV that is in the room. There are games and books available. Another favorite was the outdoor ping pong table & pool table by the pool. Bernard, Andrea and other staff were great! Location is perfect - walk to grocery store and plenty of restaurants. We walked to/from the Thursday Island Fish Fry (about 25 min for those used to walking). Great decision for us to book with POC!

We checked out at 11A but stored our luggage, were given towels and spent a few hours at the POC section of the beach which was a very easy walk on a very nice section of the beach. We didn't use it but were told they set a side a room in which one can shower and change before leaving for the airport.

The only thing I was not a fan of the property was the lack of hot/warm water. The water in this island gets pretty chilly due to the breezy and chilly nights, so management should invest in a better water heating system.

Service was generally not great. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 2 different nights. Constantly lost wifi signal. Nice location and clean, but would only rate 3 out of five overall at best.

My apologies re the wifi but we are in the midst of upgrading our system (just completed yesterday) and there was some interuptions during the process, Unfortunately a room sensor set off the alarm two nights in a row, We are not sure why but it has not happened since.
