Our bedroom is configured as 1 Kingsize to comfortably enjoy the peace and tranquility that is North West Point Condominiums.

A 565sq perfectly formed condo is ideal for a couple looking to enjoy some peace and quiet whilst enjoying the delights of a recently renovated unit. Our Patio offers pool and ocean views that are simply amazing - plus we have a high-top comfortable outside table - perfect for watching the world go by and the sunsets - see pictures for more details - but to tempt you further there is a large pool and hot tub, as well as a covered deck and boardwalk to our own private beach - 1 min 25 seconds from door to sand - where you will find chairs, loungers, and shades for all.

Enjoy watching the world go by with a drink or read a book I on th the small deck or enjoy supper at the countertop table right off the lounge before retiring to the comfort of the huge sofa and 65-inch TV and perfectly appointed living room. See pictures

Please note that you will NEED a rental car to enjoy the delights of North West Point Condominiums - I will be able to send you details once you book the options and finer details - taxis are an option but due to the remote location are not cheap or easy to source

We are located 25 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Grace bay - in fact, we are 25 minutes from anywhere on the island as it is not that big

Please to advise that Tides Bar and Grill is now open in the covered Deck area - during the day and most days - please check the black board for more details (open Dec thru May)

The condo is located as I have mentioned at the far end of the island and to add to the unique charm you need to travel about 5km down what I describe as the four-lane dirt highway to chill - so please drive carefully as at times (after heavy tropical rains) there may be potholes. Any style of rental car is fine - I have rented a micro car in the rainy season and it was totally fine. Don’t listen to the doomsayers

Please also try and protect the planet by using the fans rather than the AC - often guests say they can turn off and use the amazing trade winds

We will ask when you complete the rules and regulations as we have to inform NWP Condominiums management of our arriving guests. This will be sent by welcome email / message

1min 14seconds from door to sand - please note we are in the national park and so no dredging of the water is allowed - so we do get sea grass on the edge - but this is cleared daily by the condo management team - plus side is you might get to see turtles as they love seagrass.

Is there a restaurant or bar on site

Yes - opened High season - causal bar and grill offering

Can I work remotely?

Yes, we have a dedicated internet feed (not shared bandwidth like some resorts) and also have left a wifi printer, to allow you to stay connected to your business world

Do you have cable TV?

Yes we provide complimentary HD channels as well as a smart TV for all your streaming platforms - just remember to log out when you leave

We provide starter toiletries and a range of fluffy towels - there is a full laundry in the unit as well

Bugs
This a tropical island so there are bugs - if they like you then please bring spray - other guests some time leave spare so you may find some on the condo - but all supermarkets sell
