LIVING ROOM:

• The open floor plan connects the living room and kitchen creating a fantastic area to relax after a day of work or visiting our wonderful state! This spacious area sets a “magical” ambiance with icicle lights and a cozy fireplace. A large coffee table is perfect for playing board games with the family or to lay out all your drinks and snacks to watch your favorite show or sporting event!

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, a desk, closet and dresser and make up mirror

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Granite side tables, a large dresser with a make up mirror and a spacious closet with a Pack n Play Crib (includes sheets for baby crib!)

• Bedroom 3: Twin bed with a twin-size trundle bed underneath and a large walk-in closet

*All our bedrooms come with:
• A full-length mirror to get you ready for that night on the town!

• White noise machine for a soothing night’s sleep!

• Each room has its own Mini-spilt AC/heat so everyone can set their own desired temperature!

BASEMENT (This space is shared with other guests!):

• Game area: We have a small game area with a table, wide selection of board games, puzzles and reading material (you are welcome to take these items into your unit!)

• Gym: Includes a treadmill, squat rack and barbell, lifting platform, kettlebells, weights, bands and a pull up bar (located outside)

• Off-street parking area with assigned parking spots

• Plentiful on street parking right by the house


*PLEASE Note*: Our off-street parking is limited to 1-2 cars, please reach out to me if you have more than one car and we will do everything we can to accommodate you! Our driveway is also a little narrow, if you have a bigger vehicle we will provide you with the overnight street parking pass!
