« The room was clean. The host for the most part was amazing with communication. The only thing I have to say is that we asked for the rollaway around noon time and I had to follow up when we got back to the room at 8:30 p.m. because it hadn't been delivered. But they were very prompt once I contacted them and we had it within a half an hour. Also the host was amazing and let us in our room when we got there at noon time rather than making us wait until 4:00 p.m.! »
