I would not recommend staying here. There is clearly a drug usage problem in the area whereby this hotel is utilized by those personnel. There were people yelling and screaming at all hours of the night. We were witness to two individuals being kicked out of rooms by the occupants and their stuff was just thrown outside on the pavement. In the middle of the night we heard a man yelling at a woman for making too much noise, and then threatening to get in a fight with her. The hotel staff was amazing and I feel sorry for them having to deal with all of this, especially because the hotel was clearly understaffed with only one person at the front desk having to deal with all of it. We booked for two rooms, but only got one after paying for two. The room we were given Was right beside the office because it was the only safe place. The office staff felt like they could put us. We had no choice but to stay here because every single other hotel in Prince George was completely booked. The room in which we were was about 30° because that he wouldn’t turn off And there was an issue with the pipes so that every half an hour or so the pipes would make this repetitive clanking and banging noise for about five minutes at a time. In the morning we also had to deal with a plugged toilet to watch my husband, unplug a toilet himself with the plunger . We were grateful in the morning to wake up to a car that was not broken into, if that gives an idea of the place. Our kids were very scared.

Pas du tout comme sur les photos, les chambres sont ternes et en manques de mobilier. L'annonce disait "vue sur la montagne", mais aucune montagne à l'horizon et comme seul décor les immeubles délabrés aux alentours

There was long dark hair on the pillows and sheets, a broken crack pipe on the floor in the bathroom behind the toilet. Wouldn't recommend this place !!!

Stayed because it is a decent price. Rooms are renovated. Rooms have a not so nice smell. The floors aren't the cleanest never heard or saw a vacumn. Would be nice if there were kichenettes,Laundry facilities that were repaired for use . Not sure how long the washer has been broken. Exterior needs plug ins to plug in your block heater. This review is for Econo Lodge.

This property is not for me.
The hotel was not what I was expecting. The stairs were literally crumbling and the property was not a welcoming environment. The key card wouldn’t work and a new room had to be issued. The room was very very dirty and I could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms (I’m not a smoker so it’s more noticeable for me).

Mean front desk, unfriendly and English language barrier, took my visa and tapped. Huge problem for me. Noisy, cold, horrible bedding , pubic hair in tub. Didn’t use any toiletries, slept on top of bedding , stayed 5 hours, never going back again.

HI GERALDINEOur staff arrange room on the ground floor even in the middle night for you because you have back problem. Moreover we change room rent from the same card which was mentioned in the profile.However you checked the room 2 times begore stay in room. Unfortunately you got inconvenience service, we will be trying to give you better service on your next stay.

I made it there at 5 or 6 am and didn’t have the room I paid for had to buy another night!!! Do not like the staff no help, had rough long ride with a baby to get there and they didn’t feel bad

HI LISAour cheak in time is 3pm to 4am and unfortunately your booking goes as no-show in the system because you unable to cheak in on right time. Moreover, you didnt give any info to the front desk regarding to this one. sorry for the inconvenience

The staff were friendly. The price was exceptional but the condition of the fixtures and amenities needs improvements and some serious cleaning top to bottom is required. Location is great, but noisy.

Always helpful checking in here.
Check in went good, staff were helpful with my deposit as i paid cash and my gf paid my deposit from home for me, no problems. My stay was comfortable, i just kept to myself but was offered housekeeping everyday. Check out especially friendly as im becomung a regualr every other week. I'd use this hotel again, i am next week.

Average hotel. Ok for one night. Moderate smell of cigarettes in the room. Stairs to upper floor old and don't feel very safe. Beds are comfortable but squeaky. Lots of parking and easy to find. Staff are friendly and open 24/7.

The door to the suite is damaged and looks like it has been kicked in. One of the beds is broken. The overall cleanliness of the suite is absolutely awful. The fridge was left unplugged and stunk up the room. Stains on the bedding. One night stay is more than enough

The motel is run down. The front part of hoten burned down last year because of someone cooking meth in there room. Outside of building there is addicts passing out. Very unsafe
