House Rules:

-No shoes inside the home.
-No smoking inside the property.
-No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6.
-No pets allowed
-Please turn off the lights, fans and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
-Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manger.
-The property needs to be left in a neat and tidy condition. All dishes washed and put away.
-Please do not use the towels we provide to remove makeup
-Garbage is limited to 1 bag (additional bags will need to be disposed by the guests) excluding recycle, leave them in the blue bin.
-We have a sensitive septic system, absolutely no female or male products to be flushed. ONLY flush toilet papers.

Hot tub maintenance:

-Please keep the Hot Tub lid closed when not in use
-Please keep the Hot Tub floater inside when not in use with Bromine Tablet.

Would recommend bringing bug spray, please keep all the doors and windows closed to prevent mosquitos/bugs from getting in. Keep the lights off prior to opening doors in the night to prevent bugs from getting in.

Entire home except for the basement space and one supply closet in the living room is available to our guests to enjoy.

Other things to note:

If you wish to use the fire pit, please contact us first. The County Municipality has very strict rules on open fires and we will discuss whether or not this is possible with all stays.

From time to time we do have maintenance staff visit the exterior of the property that might overlap with your stay to help us maintain our property. Our dedicated maintenance team includes hot tub service, grass cutting, garbage removal, and snow removal. There should be no impact on your stay and nor does any one require in-house access unless pre-discussed with you or it is to address an in trip issue you might be experiencing.

Christina responds really quickly to any request, she made some accommodation for us, which we really appreciated. When you enter the property, you directly fall in love with it! So much space to cook, amazing dinner table, beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in ever in my whole life. The TV is the biggest you’ll have seen, it is just insane. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation!!

Overall the place was lovely but there were some things which needed to be attended to. The fan in our room was dirty, the lights in the dining area needed dusting and the sliding door to go to the back yard needs to be cleaned properly for the green mold on it. As an interior designer, I do notice certain things which perhaps others will let slide by but I think it is important for the owners to address these things. Perhaps the cleaning staff just needs to be made aware of these things. Also, as an aside, I would recommend that a small table or desk be put in the third bedroom which is large but has nowhere to put anything other than the floor. We had a chair in our closet which I moved into that room to help with the situation. The bathrooms were all lovely with big showers. There were 6 of us so the kitchen could have used more plates ( both small and large ) and more wine glasses ( there were 2 ) would have been nice as we were there to go to the wineries. I am hoping that the host will take these suggestions, not as a criticism but as helpful for the future.

Christina was an amazing host and the property lived up to the photos and description! It was beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of room for my family of 6. We enjoyed the great outdoor space too! Lots of great extra touches like coffee pods and coffee syrup, lovely hand soap and all the amenities you could ask for! The kitchen had high end appliances and cook ware. Would really recommend this property when you are exploring Prince Edward County! We had a super stay!

House is lovely! Modern and comfortable home with a great deck area featuring a fabulous hot tub. Could soak in hot tub and enjoy star filled sky! Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nicely remodeled, two with massive showers and one has a nice soaker tub. Huge TV was nice for movies at end of day. Overall house is exactly as advertised and is very clean, comfortable and close to all the county has to offer. I would book again.

We enjoyed 4 nights in a lovely renovated home
great kitchen, large bathroom x2 with beautiful showers. Took advantage of the hot tub in the evenings and Top Gun was impressive on the big TV. Found kitchen had necessities but limited dishware and silverware meant the dishwasher had to be run frequently. Having some kitchen cloths would have helped with tidying up after cooking. Outdoor garden space has not been particularly well maintained but there is a nice deck front and back. Some furniture on the front porch would have made it another nice place to relax. Location is central to lots of small towns and wineries but outside of the millennium trail everything requires driving to access.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Christina’s property. The pictures don’t do her place justice! Everything is beautifully designed and she has really focused on guest experience with so many little details and finishes. We enjoyed the Millennium Trail which is just steps away and loved relaxing in the hot tub. Christina was responsive and a wonderful host. We will definitely be staying here again!
