For starters, the way to get to the unit, it's a very dangerous spiral stairs that don't feel very secure. The door knob to enter into the unit was not secured properly (wiggly) and not easy to open since the key would get stuck. « The pirate retreat is a great spot. Yes there could be some fixes here and there but the view and feeling like you’re floating above the waves more than makes up for some deferred maintenance. The retreat I would give five stars but for the overall property I need to deduct one star as there were big parties which took over the rest of the property and made the other amenities that usable. (Eg some didn’t treat the space with respect like leaving the pool with trash in it). With a party of...
