This spectacular Craftsman Style home on Mt. Vernon is the perfect place to entertain guests! Its recently renovated design includes an unforgettable outdoor kitchen experience with a Big Screen TV, plus all new appliances and an amazing pass-through window that opens up to the rear patio bar. Located within walking distance of downtown Courthouse Square, there's plenty for visitors to explore - from nightlife hotspots and delectable restaurants to art galleries and boutique shopping opportunities galore!

The City of Prescott, local promoters and organizers put on events year-round from car shows to live theater. Prescott offers activities for every taste, making "Everyone's Hometown" a unique experience unlike any other town in Arizona. Local tour guides can immerse you in the long-storied history that made Prescott what it is today. From the times of Doc Holliday, Wyatt and Virgil Earp and the mining history around this area to the Oldest Bar still operating in Arizona, Jeep tours, horseback riding and hundreds of miles of dirt roads to explore makes Prescott a Destination Place for outdoor enthusiasts, Foodies, and adventurers.

Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the main floor and highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet area, and a large soaking tub with walk in shower.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the main floor and features a Queen-sized mattress that uniquely hangs from the ceiling with a large chain!

Third Bedroom: This bedroom is located as well on the main floor and has a Queen-size bed as well.

Semi- Private Loft: With a queen-sized bed, this space accommodates an additional two guests!

** Note: Due to the nature of the loft area, it may not be suitable for small children.

Bathrooms: This home has private bathrooms located on the main floor that is attached to the Master Suite, as well as a bathroom in the hallway for guests to use. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.

Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the hall closet.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.

**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property minus the locked additional garage (not pictured).

Other things to note

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Please do not exceed the occupancy of 8 guests at any given time. Please, no unauthorized pets, parties, or smoking in the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and/or you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each per additional hour. To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-outs may be possible if the calendar allows. Thank you for understanding.

We do accept alterations requests but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.

BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added.

Beautiful house in perfect location

We are older but our adult kids loved how close they were to many bike trails. Four adult kids have E-bikes and they completely enjoyed their stay. Grandparents enjoyed warm house in a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect house for a fun family getaway! The backyard is amazing!

Amazing location and Super cute home

The house is very welcoming and plenty of room for entertainment. We were able to enjoy both the front yard and the backyard to relax and spend time with family. The inside is very modern and accommodating. it was close to the Prescott Square in the courthouse. we will be back again and hope to make this an annual trip.

Amazing house

Such a wonderful house with a great location. This house is completely redone and is gorgeous. This place is super cleat and walking distance to whiskey row. Trust me you will be super happy if you stay here. Can’t wait to book for next year!
