Usually, I do not have any complaints and stay at this location regular for business. The room I was in this time, the door did not shut completely. it would lock but had a small gap. The TV remote was broken. The room smelled like Marijana when I first arrived.

Pretty good I’d say
The hotel was great. Great location and in the morning had great people. The guy in the afternoon said some really off the wall things . Sounded slightly prejudice even. But was nice enough to help us get a room on the first floor so my my elderly friend who was on oxygen could be accommodated. Overall good experience .

The shower was full of mold. The chair in room was peeling all over. No covers on electrical outlets. The”buffet breakfast” on their website one hour in to service consisted of one biscuit, two pieces of sausage and three small fried eggs. I asked the office attendant if that was the buffet and he replied “yes very good“

The whole place needs to be condemned. Bathroom exhaust fan cover was laying on the floor and the fan was extremely loud, the toilet paper dispenser was hanging off the wall, the bathtub did not drain when taking a shower, was standing in five inches of water, the refrigerator had a hugh block of ice that took up the whole space, and the front door had to be slammed to get it to stay closed. We would have left, but our reservation was non refundable.

The staff was very nice and helped us move our stuff down stairs when we qere leacing. The breakfast selection was very poor. The property was kind of run sown but not dirty. Just kibda had the cheap motel vibe.

Toilet was wobbly you were afraid you would fall off, drain in tub would not stay up so by end of shower you were standing in a full tub of water.

Bad experience
The stay was nice and relaxing, but breakfast was the same thing every morning, eggs, sausage and biscuit. Thing were bad when I renewed my stay online then went to renew my key . The man at front desk said he was booked and did not have a reservation for me, even though he never asked my name and never would talk to anyone at hotel.com when I called.

DON'T EVEN BOTHER!
Walking into the lobby, you would think this place has been updated but when you get into the room it's a whole other story. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall to land on the floor. Plumbing issues where it's almost impossible to flush the toilet. The smoke detector cover is missing but the cover is in a drawer. The pillows were completely flat and definitely need to be replaced. Wi-fi in my room was unreliable as well, it kept cutting out and I had to go to the lobby for a connection. Worst of all, this motel advertises an outdoor swimming pool, but no water is in the pool! As hot as it is in Alabama, I wanted a motel with a swimming pool, but nothing was offered. Extremely disappointed and feel that this is FALSE ADVERTISING. I don't advise staying here. I have family in Alabama, and I can guarantee I won't stay at the Econolodge in Prattville on future trips.

The pool was not in service. The pillows on the bed were very small and limited (couch size pillows). Cigarette burns on the comforter. Coffee pot did not work. Phone did not work. The room was not very clean. Toilet kept backing up.

No more bedbugs !
The room had a very stale odor.The bed ruffle was stained.Floors were swept but dirty. The first room I stayed in had bedbugs which I received several bites.I was changed to another room.The rooms condition was worst.The mattress was smaller than the box frame at which I found a dead bedbug.The coffee maker leaked out the water before ether coffee was made.The shower curtains were torn at the top.The dryer didn’t work.The security lock on door was broken.I had paid for 12 bites and only stayed 6 bites.I checked out,asked for credit for the unused nights.He said he could not do so.I left and checked into different motel having to pay again.

Shower head had 1 stream and the rest off the water blowing out the fitting tube wouldnt drain first got to the room no towels toilet was disgusting and the the bed sheets had cigarette burns in them floors felt like i was walking on tacky paper ive been to bad hotels before but this one was pretty bad

Room was relatively clean but in terrible condition. The shower rod was barely hanging on the wall, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and the toilet paper holder was not attached to wall. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete

Nice Stay
This was a simple overnight stay. The room was extremely clean and the bed comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice! Our only complaint was that our fridge wouldn't get cold and the ice machine didn't work.

Lighting in the bathroom was non existent. Clean up room service pounds on your door at 830 am regardless if your checking out that day or not. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and personable.
