« We had a truly great time at this castle. It was everything we had hoped for during our stay. The castle is updated while keeping a lot of it's original charm. Driving to it was so scenic, with tons of green rolling hills to drive through and an olive tree lined path just before you get to the castle. It is not very far from Siena. And the church bells from the clock tower were very relaxing. Highly recommended. »

« The kitchen was well equipped, had a big stove, 3 sinks, plenty of dishes, a separate coffee area with another huge sink. The castle gave each couple plenty of room for privacy and yet had space to gather, talk, play games....it is very spacious. It was hard to pick where to meet up because everywhere was so nice. Bring all ingredients you need if cooking, no salt, oil or things that you may find at other rentals. Internet was bad and no TV or AC, which was not a problem for me but maybe for others. Short driving distance to Florence, Pisa, Lucca. »

« The place was truly amazing. If you are looking for a unique piece of history that has breathtaking views and a wow factor of staying in a 14th century castle then this is your place. I would not put it in the category of “luxurious” but it is very nice. The pool is nice, the restaurant is nice (the Asian/italian fusion place down the hill is amazing). »
