« Fabiana met us at the apartment and oriented us to all the features to make check in seamless. She remained available to us throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised in description. The location in Prati was ideal for our itinerary. Kitchen was well appointed. Washer was convenient. Bedroom had air conditioning which we used for two nights and had windows open for remainder. Definitely a 5 star experience. »
