« Toilet had ring around inside; toilet seat kept slipping to the side (reported, not fixed); light bulb just inside the door, over coffee machine was burnt out. (Reported and replaced) Young desk staff was very good, other staff was less than people oriented. Did not smile, not welcoming. »

« The rooms were very musty and damp. The carpet really needs replacement because of the smell. The A/C was spitting water out onto the bed in our room and we couldn't use the bed because we got wet. It was a lot of money for an old unkept place. If you have any other options in the area to stay I would not go here again. »

« Si vous allez à Rice Lake, n'hesitez pas sur cette hotel, il est très propre, très confortable avec les grands lits à l'américaine et en plus le petit déjeuner est gratuit; même si celui-ci n'est pas très alléchant (mais c'est a peu prés partout comme ça dans la région, les USA ne sont pas connus pour leur gastronomie), il a le mérite d'exister. De plus l’hôtel est idealement situé, sur Main street, la rue principale de cette ville typique du fin fond du Wisconsin. »
