Checkin and checkout out of settled hours - are under discussion.

You can choose NON refundable or REFUNDABLE rate. NON refundable means - no refund in case of cancellation.

Smoking is not allowed in the flat or in the building. 50 euros fine could be charged for not following this rule!

Don't forget to switch off all electrical appliances, before going out of the flat!

DO NOT LEAVE key in the lock inside the flat when you are going out. To open the door with keys inside will cost 2000 -3000 CZK

SOME LEGALLY BINDING RULES:
1. City tax (recreation tax) is not included into the price and has to be paid in CASH. 50 CZK or 2 euros per person per night.

2.Before your arrival day you would need to provide us information for the regisrtation of each guest staying at the apartment. Otherwise we might not accomodate you.

This is a legal requirement by Foreign Police for each foreigner coming to the Czech Republic. Information is kept confidential according to law and only for
purposes of control by Czech Authorities.
