Opposite the apartment, you can visit the renowned TISSE bakery, and just a stones throw away there is The Miners, an award-winning coffee shop. For a relaxed lunch, the lovely pizzeria downstairs with outdoor seating is a great spot to soak up the local atmosphere.

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.
* No Parties or Events: The apartment is located in a residential building and is intended for quiet stays. It is best suited to couples, families, or business travellers.
* Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
* Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Late Check-in

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals outside our standard check-in hours:

* €20 for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm
* €30 for arrivals after 10:00 pm

The fee is payable in cash to the representative who welcomes you upon arrival.
