« My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made:
1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful.
2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing.
3. Some staff members are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Many are...

« I rented a suite from their for the weekend. The rooms were not clean was dog and cat hair everywhere
Had to go to Walmart to buy a swifter jet to clean the rooms myself. The bathtubs were disgusting in all three of the dressers was still full of cat food and candy... Anyway, all in all, it's not happening about the experience and will not stay there again »
