« Our room was not ready and they told us we not get the room we reserved (two queen beds) and that the could give us a king. We had 4 people on our reservation. And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding. « Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...
