« It was not walking distance to venue as stated. Kinda sketchy side of town, but people were great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was really lacking. »

« The manager was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was adequate. The 1st room smelled like urine the second room (an upgrade) had a connecting door and the tv was noisy until 3am. The desk manager said she called the room at 2am (after I voiced concerns ) with expectations they would turn it off. Please consider putting foam insulation on both connecting doors to eliminate the noise transfer. »

« The seating area was : well lit, clean, lots of seating and the selection for breakfast appeared to be excellent. The coffee was hot, fresh and readily available. Over all excellent location and amenities. »

« The facilities were nice but they messed up our billing. We got charged twice and they canceled an additional day of our stay by text. While the day shift manager did fix the issue it still bothers me that they can cancel a reservation by text. »

« Enjoyed the Casino, but the players card would work in some slot machines but not others. The folks at the service desk laughed when I complained. They said that was a common problem. Their solution was to give me four cards (all at once) and told me to try using them all until one worked. Some times none of them would work on a machine I wanted to play, and I would move on to other machines until one did. Really frustrating. move on other machines until one worked. The hotel was OK except for...

« The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making my stay special. The staff helped my daughter from Maryland plan my stay for a birthday gift. He even upgraded the room and arranged for me to check in three hours early. When I arrived in my room there was a candy bar on the bed along with a birthday card. On top of that the manager went and bought me balloons for my birthday! This place has just gained my entire family as customers. »

« Very basic hotel, just to take a sleep at night. The cooling system was so loud that I preferred to sweat rather to hear a tractor all night long. The breakfast was a joke. Just coffee and bread. No proteins, no fruits. I wouldn’t call it a continental breakfast. I’m doing cross country on a motorcycle for 21 days and staying in 20 different hotels. All motels and 2-3 stars hotels were fine. I wouldn’t name those hotels. But Super 8 chain is out of my list. »

« Phenomenal hotel. 1st and foremost, it is very well maintained and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Amazing shower water pressure, which is so important. Ask for the Reese's peanut butter cookies. You will not regret it. »
