« "I did not stay at this property due to a total failure of service and severe health hazards. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. « We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and Tilly's instructions and communication were excellent. Guidance on local points of interest, shopping facilities, and local restaurants were much appreciated. »

« Lovely house. Kitchen has everything we needed. Clean and comfortable »
