Nous avons tout adoré ….la propreté de l’établissement et des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial pour explorer la ville à pieds. Les déjeuners sont bien suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Un bon service de valet pour la voiture, un peu cher mais ça a value le coup.

Lighting in the room is very dim, except by the bathroom. Also the window shade was broken and obviously had been that way for a while. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was not to bad either. Overall are stay very good.

The staff could have been more welcoming. Also for as expensive as this hotel was (parking included) I was rather taken aback that waters weren't stocked in our rooms, breakfast was minimal and upon check-in and check out the staff wasn't very warm. There was only one staff member that actually greeted us with a smile, I am sorry I didn't get her name. I am glad my experience of the weekend isn't based upon the hotel.

The hotel is in a prime downtown location. However, our room clean (I.e. hair in the shower, crumbs in the pullout couch and Cheerios on the carpet under the bed). Staff was amazingly wonderful and kind.

Only complaint is the staff at front desk. While waiting 45 mins for our room to be ready, they didn’t let us know about the available water and coffee in the lobby. I just happen to walk by it as we headed to elevator when room available. I knew ahead of time there was a free breakfast each morning but wasn’t informed of that either. Great accommodations; clean and convenient location.

Even though we only live a 1.5 away, we've never explored the area near the hotel! We had a wonderful check-in and the room was great and beds very comfortable! We walked almost all evening and had a fantastic time at a few bars and restaurants. Quick day trip to the southern coast of Maine!

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Portsmouth is my favorite Hampton hotel, hands down! The hotel is so ideally situated in the outer corner of the old port area of Portsmouth giving you many dining, shopping and sightseeing options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The rooms were large, clean and spacious. It is a newer property and located right in the heart of Portsmouth. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short walk, and we utilized valet parking, coming and going as we pleased. The free breakfast was quite good, with multiple options. Highly recommend this property!

The serving at the Breakfast was not good, a lot was empty and no replacement for the last hour and also’ There was the time changing and many guests came To a closed door ! There was no announcement in the room that the breakfast time is changing.
