« 5 Stars for close access (less than 5 min walk) to Ocean View Beach, public park next door with a Saturday Farmer's Market, outstanding water pressure in shower w/ nice nozzle.Cons were the tight driveway/rear parking (caution if you drive SUV/full size truck), house next door with abandoned vehicles in back yard, back yard trash dead fish odor, ceiling fans in bedrooms were broken, stairs to upstairs loft difficult to navigate for larger person (kids ok).Great value for our family and...
