You will be on Rua da Restauração, about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Crystal Palace Gardens and 15 minutes from the famous Avenida dos Aliados. Or, hop on the tram right outside the door and enjoy a special ride.



Nearby, you can find excellent restaurants, such as Papavinhos. Go there and experience the taste of our Portuguese cuisine. But if you prefer to stay in, you can stock up 700 meters away, on Rua de Miguel Bombarda.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7:00 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required), the fee will be provided upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 190€. If the total exceeds this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow the host's employee to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.



We have a transfer service available to take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon request).



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).



If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
