The three-room apartment stands on the ground floor of a vacation home complex, slightly elevated by a few steps. The house is introduced by a lovely outdoor sitting area, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, where you can spend time and relax outdoors.
The interior is simple and cozy. The entrance is into the living room with dining room, open kitchenette and TV. There is also a small laundry room.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with single beds 1 full shower room. Air conditioning is located in the hallway of the sleeping area.

Residence Le Terrazze is located in Colle Azzurro, just outside the center of Porto Cesareo, a scenic and quiet residential area that allows you to reach the sea in a few minutes.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is about 2 km away, while the first equipped beaches are 700 meters away, along the stretch of coastline that joins Porto Cesareo to its most famous hamlet: Torre Lapillo.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
