Villetta Ondablu is a 6-bed vacation home just 300 meters from Sant`Isidoro beach, along the coast of Nardò on the Ionian Sea.
The house has outdoor spaces equipped with barbecue fireplace, outdoor shower and parking space. There are accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling blades, wi-fi internet, electric oven, hair dryer and TV.

A large car gate leads to the courtyard where parking is available. A canopy provides shade for the veranda furnished with table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. There is also a fireplace here where you can prepare grills.
The entrance to Villetta Ondablu is into the kitchen with dining room. From here starts a corridor that leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms equipped with both air conditioning and ceiling blades, and a hallway where there are 2 single beds.
Villetta Ondablu also has 2 shower rooms, one in the sleeping area and one in the living area.

The vacation house is located in Sant`Isidoro, marina of Nardò, in a quiet area just 300 meters away from the beach, both free and equipped. All the main services are present in the pretty locality.
The town of Nardò is less than 10 minutes away by car. Portoselvaggio Nature Park is about 10 km away, while Porto Cesareo, the famous summer vacation destination for vacations in Salento, is just 3 km away.
 


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning is just in the two double bedrooms.
