A private entrance leads to this one bedroom apartment, the bedroom containing a queen bed and another double bed in an open nook off of the living area. Kitchen is a wet bar with microwave, full fridge, coffee maker, hot plate. Shared backyard! The apartment has high ceilings and feels very open and spacious! Large egress windows provide light and can be opened for fresh air. Due to the nature of being in a basement, you may hear us walking around and hear water running through the pipes, but we are a quiet couple and try to keep noise to a minimum. We have one sweet pup, Flora, who you might meet out in the yard! She barks to say hello but is extremely sweet and chill.
