Overall the room and property was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was minimal and wasn’t that good.

Thanks for the review. We would love to know what additional breakfast items you were looking for. We always have hot eggs, meat and potatoes. Additionally waffles with all the toppings, yogurt, vegetables, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, juices, rice and more!

Did you know that Homewood Suites would subtly tack a $12 per day parking fee onto the room charge? I was not made aware of that and will not accept it. That is a deceptive practice and very wrong.

First room had a defective toilet that staff could not fix. We were moved to another room, but it was marginal. Road noise and guests above us were loud. Shower was not clean, found stuff on the walls and the shower head had pink mold on it. Building security seemed good

Great rooms, we were able to relax without feeling cooped in 1 room. We also brought food in and could make our own late night snacks.

Suite room - nice and homey
Loved the suite, nice bed and kitchen area and shower amenities. The only drawback to our room (#115) was it was adjacent to the laundry, so late afternoon noise. Also it seemed the HVAC system was fairly noisy our first night.

This hotel was by far our favorite as a family of 4 with two teen boys. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and it was awesome. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had and it changed every morning. The service from the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful

Clean, Comfortable and Friendly Front Desk
Our stay was brief, but it was a very nice room and clean. We weren't aware of the high pet fee per night ($75) before we booked our stay. The bed was comfortable and separate living/kitchen area was very. nice. Selena at the front desk was very helpful. Ask for room not on highway side for a more quiet experience.

The staff and employees are excellent. Personable and professional. The inside property is very run down. There were dryer fans running in the hall way to dry the thread bare carpet. Inside the room 108, there are established spider webs in the corners and along the old popcorn ceiling. Air conditioning was broken after tolerating 79 ° temps over night they gave us a portable room airconditoner. Bathroom door would not latch. The rooms are rundown and dingy. I will not book another room at this hotel. The staff were great and not to blame for the property owners neglect.

Thank you for your review. We DID have a hall water leak that was repaired the day you arrived. The fans were to continue drying the carpet that is not thread bear, it's the design. Darn, it's hard to hear a HVAC unit stopped working. When this happens on a weekend we can move you to another room or we can bring a portable. I assure repairs are always conducted as needed. I apologize for your poor experience with us. We hope you give us another chance in the future.

The bed was hard as a rock. The linens were terrible. No one slept well. They only clean every 4 days on request and always seemed to arrive when kids were sleeping. Breakfasts was the best part. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The beds and house keeping made this a never again for my family.

The Hilton Clean Stay program for Homewood suites is service after the 4th day. However, if you would like your room serviced more often or a specific time we are happy to accommodate, just let us know! We are very sorry the rooms was not ready by 4pm. We will try harder to prepare them more timely. For breakfast we do follow our brand standards. Weekdays it starts at 6am and weekends at 7am .
